Boat Transport for non-resort Guests

We have a dinner reservation for 8:45pm at Bice in April. We were looking to park at CityWalk and take the boat over to Portofino Bay.

Are non-resort guests allowed to use the boats? Also, what time do they run until?

Yes, you can use the boats.

They run till 2am usually, but with early finishing hours, I`m not sure when they stop running.

Check with Portofino. I went to an event once and was able to park at the hotel for $5. Maybe they have a special parking for guests dining there.

It does say that they validate self-parking for non-hotel guests eating there.

Take the boat to Portofino Bay at night. Beatiful sight when you come into the harbor, and enjoy a margherita pizza at Sal's Deli which is really good and reasonably priced.
