is the Boat House a Landry's restaurant? We are planning on having dinner there one night and I can get a Landry's gift card from one of the survey groups I do.

No, there is (or used to be, haven't looked since the DS one opened) a Boat House restaurant in the Landry's group, but I think it was just a few stores in the northwest. The DS Boathouse is not affiliated with Landry's.

The Disney Springs Boathouse is run by the Gibson's group from Chicago - no affiliation with Landry's.

You could use that Landry's card at either of the Rainforest Cafes or Y&Y!!!
