Boat from MK to Trail's End

If we have a 5p ADR at Trail's End, how much time should we allow to get there from MK by taking the boat?
And how often does it run?

I would allow 40 minutes to an hour from when you arrive at MK boat dock. boat ride is about 20 minutes and this allows you to just miss the boat and still make it on time. TE is just a short walk once you get to the Fort dock
