Boat from HS

Where does it go to?

Looking to use up a little spare time at HS for a rest without going back to the resort, as our break is not long enough for that. But, it would be nice to get out of the park and I thought maybe a boat ride would be relaxing. Bonus if it goes somewhere interesting...

I think it just goes to the Epcot resorts. Beach and Yacht Club and Boardwalk?

The boat makes the rounds of the Epcot resorts and ends up at the International Gateway to Epcot. It stops at S/D first and then to YC, then to BW and then to Epcot. Think that is the order. We stay at the Epcot Resorts every trip but haven't used the boats in years - we walk to and from the parks.

Francie57 has it correct. From the Studios, the boat stops at the Swolphin, Yacht Club, Boardwalk and Epcot in that order. It then does the same route going back; BW, YC, SD and ending at the Studio.

The Friendship Boat ride takes approximately 30 minutes from DHS to Epcot. You can get off at any of the resort stops to explore the resorts if you wish. I don't know if everyone has to get off once the boat arrives at Epcot. It might depend on whether of not there's a long line waiting to get on.

The route is:
DHS --> Swan/Dolphin --> YC/BC --> BW --> Epcot.

The return trip is:
Epcot --> BW --> YC/BC --> Swan/Dolphin --> DHS

Several years ago DH and I took the boat from DHS to have lunch at Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club. We were early for an ADR so we had a drink at the bar. When we went back to DHS we were refreshed enough to stay for Fantasmic! (We didn't usually stay for evening activities in the parks.)

You could do something similar or maybe have lunch at one of the resort counter service restaurants.
