Can it sleep 3 adults and 2 kids (5&2)? I see it says sleeps 5 but I’m not convinced.

Depends on how comfortable you want to be. You will get 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 pull-down bed (twin-ish size). The queen will comfortably fit two regular adults. The pull-down bed will fit a regular, on the shorter size adult. The sofa bed should fit 2 children, but presumably your 2 year old will sleep in the same bed as the parents (so the queen)?

Now, luggage space?! Hmm...

And, if looking around the various DVC resorts at WDW, the studios at BWV, BRV, BCV, Poly, and VGF, allow 5 (plus an infant under three) because they have that extra, somewhat smaller than twin-size, bed that pulls out of a cabinet (except for the new Resort Studios at VGF which have an extra bed via a couch that coverts to a bed). AKV, OKW, SSR, BLT and CCV do not have that extra bed in the studios and allow only four (plus an infant under three).

RIV is also 5 if someone has eligible points to stay there.

Thank you, forgot about that resort. It allows five in studios except for the low number of small Tower studios which allow only two (plus a child under 3)
