Staying at Boardwalk for the first time. Right now both views are available for the dates that I am visiting. Only internal debate I am having is which view do I want? My gut instinct said boardwalk view but now I’m overthinking and wondering if I should go with the pool/garden view. So I guess my question is if you’ve stayed in one or both can I get some opinions please thanks in advanced!

I love the Boardwalk view. One time I could see Spaceship Earth from bed. I’m a Happy BWV owner for over 20 years!

Boardwalk view is very pretty (and unique compared to the pool view, which a lot of the resorts have). The only downside is a lot of the Boardwalk rooms have an overhang that surrounds the balcony that gives you less natural light in the room and doesn’t give you as wide a view when you’re sitting on the balcony. I believe you can avoid that with the Boardwalk rooms in the Crest ‘O Wave section, though those rooms are further from the lobby/elevator.

I will always go with BW view just because it’s nice looking out at the lake, even when we have the closed in balancing and have to stand.

Another vote for Boardwalk view. I was able to grab a boadwalk view for our upcoming trip and I'm super excited about it! I think we will be in our room a bit more and it will be nice to sit out on the balcony and just enjoy the view. The Boardwalk is much quieter these days too, so we will be able to sit outside with a little less noise than normal.

You can't lose with easier. We booked a pool view a few years ago, and I specifically request a room on the ground floor, staring right at the scary clown ... just to mess with my kids. It was great. The ambiance off our back patio was fantastic, it was (surprisingly) somewhat isolated and quiet, and it was so easy to get to our room - just cut through the breezeway and right down the hall ... maybe a 2 minute walk from Abracadabar. The only downside to the Boardwalk view is that if it's a busy night, it can get pretty loud (though that's probably not a big concern with current crowd levels)

If you can get BW View, grab it. Its seldom available at seven months. The rooms can be a little loud - although I agree there is likely less BW partying happening right now....but the rooms and views are pretty consistent. You can go with pool/garden and get just as much noise plus a less than stellar view

We did BW view in August and loved it. We did have an enclosed balcony that was sort of a bummer but it was so nice to see SSE and even the skylines poking through behind the Inn side. Our two year old took to waving at SSE nightly and saying "nigh nigh 'rth." He still sees pictures of SSE and says "bo'wlk!"
