BoardWalk View...Is it Noisy?

We had a first floor studio avove the art gallery, too noisy for us :-(

I've stumbled, er wandered out of Jellyrolls a few times well after midnight and it always seemed deserted by that point. But I could see if you had young children who were in bed early it might be an issue.

Very noisey. We had a hard time sleeping. The BC had an event with a DC and you could hear the echoing off the lake.

The only time I can remember the noise being a problem was NYE 2000!! It was still noisy at 4 in the morning. However, we were still SO high from experiencing the event of a lifetime, it didn't really matter.

I personally find the boats in the morning to be more of an issue than night time noise but then we are NOT morning people...
