Boardwalk things to do

Yes I know you can eat there - the actual Boardwalk area and rent bikes
But can you get someone to paint or draw a picture our you or your family ?
How much did it cost ?
If not the Boardwalk - then where ?
We had silhouettes done in MK a few years back - black cut-out paper on a white background

I have seen someone doing drawings, but it has been awhile. I know they had someone in Epcot (near France) and at Disney Springs before. You can find different entertainment acts like magician, juggler, musician
, etc to watch. They have carnival games. You can rent surrey bikes. We like to ride the boat on a full loop. There are a few stores to wonder through.
