We are going to get free dining so I don't think we will use the kitchenette area. We are planning to go to Epcot a lot.

Are the rooms better located in the Boardwalk Inn? The price is the same and we will have 2 adults in one room and two teens in another, so we are not worried about the beds. So far as I can tell, it looks like the studio has a couch as opposed to another bed.

Do they both have balconies? Do I have a chance getting an upgrade view more at the Inn?

I appreciate any info or opinion you may have. The price is almost the same.
Thanks!

I think it really depends on what kind of sleeping arrangements you want. If you book the Inn side, the teens would each have their own real bed. If you book the studio, one will have the bed and one will have a pullout.

I actually think the Villa rooms are better situated. You are closer to the main pool and the walking path to DHS. We prefer the villa side as we have had multiple noise issues on the Inn side. On either side, I prefer ANY view over Boardwalk view as it can be really loud. All of the rooms will have balconies.

Though I prefer the villa side, if the both teens want real beds, my vote would be for BWI.

There are no connecting studios in the BWV, so you would not be able to have the teens in their own room. Go with the BWI side.

FYI; In the studios, once you open the pullout bed the room gets really cramped.
Majority of the rooms have balconies but not all.
