Boardwalk room view question

I have a reservation in June for a 1 bedroom at the Boardwalk and it was a preferred room rate. I reviewed my reservation yesterday and noticed it says garden/pool view. Is this a preferred view? I guess I was thinking that a boardwak view would be preferred. Any help is appreciated.

There's technically 3 views at BWV -- preferred, boardwalk, and standard. The first two are equal as far as points are concerned. But if you want a BW view, you have to specify.

I'd recommend calling and trying to change. It might be possible, but the BW views book up fast.

When you make your res there are 3 views, the standard go quickly because they take less points and the BW view which we always stay at also go quickly because there are less of them and they are popular. If you want the BW view you need to call MS and change your res as this view isnt a preference its a whole different booking. This close to June it might be hard to get the BW view, best of luck though.
