Does anyone know where to refill mugs at Boardwalk?

I refilled mine with coffee at the Bellevue Lounge at breakfast time as well. They had basic breakfast items and drinks there.

I never saw it open, but when I was there a few weeks ago there was a sign advertising a limited breakfast menu in the Bellevue Lounge, so I guess you could probably get your mug filled during that time. They're closed for regular hours though.

No, I am not sure if that is the case currently due to limited services being open. But typically you can go to the lounge and get your mug refilled at that time.
