Boardwalk Question

Hello,

I am considering adding on a few extra nights at the start of my trip and am looking at the Boardwalk. When viewing pictures on the Disney site the rooms at the Boardwalk Inn look newer (and in my mind, nicer) than the rooms at the Boardwalk Villa. Are these pictures correct (BWI has yellow/white wallpaper and blue bed runner, while BWV has pink walls and what appears to be a Golden Girls 1980's bedspread). I was assuming that the DVC rentals were in the BWV, but perhaps I am mistaken?

The Boardwalk Inn is a hotel. The Boardwalk Villas are part of the vacation club. The Boardwalk Villas are primarily occupied by vacation club owners.

The bedspreads are gone, they are doing triple sheeting with the runner. There are supposed to be renovations coming up soon. DVC rooms are not as formal.
