I know I've read here that there's fun stuff on the Boardwalk on the 31st...can someone tell me if this is a good option for us. We have MNSSHP tickets for the 29th, and I know DTD has events on the 31st but I'm assuming it will be very crowded there.
I was planning doing Epcot in the morning, MGM in the afternoon and then taking the boat over to BW for dinner and check out the Halloween stuff. Is this a good plan?

Sounds like a good plan to me. I'd rather do BW than DTD.

I'm just really wondering if there's enough activities on the Boardwalk for the kids (10 and 8)?

Anyone been to the BW on Halloween night?

I was told to call the boardwalk the Wednesday before Halloween for a list of activities. I don't have the phone number in front of me. I will try to remember to post the number:D

Phyllis,
The number for the boardwalk is 407 939-6200. I didn't even know that the boardwalk had its own number:p

Like I said in my above post, Disney told me to call that on Wednesday, Oct 27th for Halloween night activities. They probably already have the schedule.

Have a great trip. See ya on the boardwalk!!

In the past they haven't admited to activities on Halloween until Halloween day. We have gone 2 different years and the things they had was dancing, DJ, cookie decorating, drawing, lollipop ghosts, candy guessing, meet Mickey picture area, paint a real pumpkin....my kids ages 5 to 11 had a great time...

We went last year and they had lots of fun activities for the kids. I believe it was held from something like 5-8PM. They had trick or treat stations all along the Boardwalk, cookie decorating, DJ with dancing, and a craft station of some sort. Mickey was on hand to pose for pictures. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Have a great time!

I am hoping the BW has some fun activities for halloweeen night- we could not get ressies for MNSSHP and are staying at Beach Club so hopefully we can stroll over there for some halloween fun for our 5 year old daughter!
