I would like to get all the info on the walking distance (i.e. how long it takes) to get to Epcot and MGM. I would like to know why you love this resort. My hubby and I got married at Sea Breeze Point in '06 and have always wanted to stay here. TIA!:thumbsup2

I like it mainly for that reason; the proximity to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Its about a 20 minute walk to Studios and only a couple minutes to EPCOT.

All of what I consider to be the best restaurants and place to hang out are within walking distance, making it ideal!

I just LOVE the atmosphere, especially at night, and I love the mixed-use architecture of the rooms on top of retail.

Jellyrolls in on the boardwalk too and if it's just you and your hubby it's fun to go there at night!

As you can see below the Boardwalk is our favorite resort. :lovestruc We love being in the middle of everything. The convenience is great.:thumbsup2 The walk to EPCOT is so relaxing and the boat rides are fun too. That is what we usually take to the MGM-AKA Disney Hollywood Studios. We love the atmosphere at night and I love a Boardwalk view and relaxing at night out on my balcony watching the entertainers and people going by. I love the sounds and smells. Love, love, love the piano guy. It is just an all around neat place and it is part of Disney to us. Maybe it is because it is the first resort we stayed at on our first trip to Disney so it is that special. We also love the club level staff. They are great. I don't think you could go wrong. Enjoy!!:thumbsup2

The BWI is a very nice resort for couples because it has a romantic feel to it and a nice quiet pool area that usually doesn't have many kids. We had a beautiful rose garden view there once, and we also did concierge once and had an awesome Epcot view. It's one of my favorite resorts for sure. ;)

It's a short walk to Epcot, probably 5 minutes or so, but for the Studios I would take the boat.

It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the International Gateway, which is located in the World Showcase between France and the United Kingdom pavillions. It takes about 20 minutes along the water to get to DHS.

Great resort, ton's of restaurants, lot's of distractions!

The BWI is ou favorite resort.:thumbsup2 We visit the World 3x a year and never get tired of staying at the BWI. The Club Level staff is awesome:thumbsup2 They are part of our family and vice versa. The location cannot be beat. You can walk or take the boat to Epcot or the Studios. Many places to choose from to eat. Your family should never get bored by the entertainment that is going on every night. You can enjoy the Paino Man, the Magician nightly. You can rent a bike and go the whole way around the Epcot resort area. We are heading to the BWI May 19-25 and then again for a few days in July:cloud9:
