I was a little disappointed with my last trip to Disney Staying at the Boardwalk Villas. Found the rooms to be somewhat outdated and on the smaller end ( stayed in a studio). I was just researching for our next trip and with Disney's website update they have really nice photos up of the Inn. Room's seem to be a lot nicer. Has any one stayed in both sections of the resort and can confirm this?

Although the Villas were refurbed not that long ago, yes, they are different. You will find that at many of the DVC properties. They are differently decorated and on a different refurb schedule. That's because those items are paid for by DVC member dues, whereas in the resort, it's paid for by Disney.

DD and I stayed in a BWV studio two times and enjoyed it a lot. Went to WDW with DH last month and wanted something a little more luxurious, so we stayed at BWI. It was wonderful. I sort of missed the microwave and toaster, but not that much! DD and I are returning in August and we're staying at the Inn. I loved it.

Does anyone have any room suggestions or blocks/area? We want to be near the lobby and elevators and so I was just going to ask for that but any good/special rooms? We are in a 1 bedroom.
