I've looked but cannot seem to find the answer to this question: What is the difference between the Standard Room - Club Level and Deluxe Room - Club Level at the BWI? Is the room size actually different, just a different view or something altogether different? Thanks to all.

I haven't stayed CL there in years but we loved it :lovestruc

Yes, the rooms are larger and have pull-out couches and a second television.
Here is the part of the DEluxe that is in addition to the standard bedroom:

(pic is from 2004, so decor will be different)

Request 4th floor to be on the same floor as the club lounge.

I've read that all the Deluxe rooms have views of the Boardwalk. This was our view. We were right over the Boardwalk Bakery:

(one of the most fab views I've ever had at WDW and I"ve stayed in a lot of great rooms :thumbsup2 )

Thanks for this information and wonderful picture. How much extra space would you say the deluxe room has? We are a family of four with two children ages 9 and 13. While more space is always welcome, is it worth the rather steep difference in price between the room types?

You're welcome.

They sleep 6. If you are just 4, you certainly don't need the Deluxe room but it would of course be nice.

When I stayed in the Deluxe, we were a party of 2 adults and 3 young children. We loved it and it was very spacious. I've also stayed standard CL there and had a wonderful time. Room view that trip had a lot less magic but the lounge is beautiful.

Just go with the regular CL room and request a Boardwalk view.
The extra space is just what is in the first photo I posted.

Look at this page for (again, outdated decor) pics of both a Deluxe room and a standard club level room.

The rooms are very spacious. The rooms are larger than they appear in photos, I think. There are some current pictures of the rooms here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3124393
See post #3.

Thanks for the additional links. The second set of pictures was very helpful. I think we will stay with the standard room which appears to be more than big enough.
