Hello,
We will be staying at the Boardwalk Inn in February. We are staying in a Deluxe Room in Club Level. Does anyone have any reviews about BWI club level, especially the Deluxe Rooms? Any pictures?
Thank you so much!:goodvibes

We haven't stayed in the rehabbed rooms yet (we'll be there in December), but have stayed in the deluxe rooms before and love them - the extra space is great (there are only two of us, but we really enjoy having the extra space) and we love the Boardwalk view (we spend quite a lot of time out on the balcony).

I haven't stayed club level at any of the other WDW resorts, but BWI has a great one - the CM's who work in the lounge are fantastic and really help to make the trip for us. We also enjoy the snacks in the lounge, especially in the evening - watching Illuminations (well, actually, watching the fireworks, since you can't see the low stuff on the water) with a drink and desert.

Enjoy!

Sorry if you've already seen them, but here are some pictures of our BWI room #3255 (Deluxe Club Level) that I have posted many times (hmmmm, here's a hint to DH - since the rooms have now been rehabbed I think it's time to go again and get new photos!)

Deluxe Club pictures followed by Regular Club pictures previously posted by another DISer so you can compare both categories in one post :goodvibes

BWI "Deluxe" Innkeepers room #3255 (all the Deluxe CL rooms have Boardwalk view only) Hope these pictures help :goodvibes :

On one of the same previous posts mentioned above, a DISer named Glass Slipper Girl posted these of her lovely regular Club Level room - I hope she doesn't mind if I repost those too:

We stayed BWI CL in May of last year. LOVED IT!!!! :) The regular concierge rooms are just like any other room, the deluxe concierge rooms have an extra "sitting room" type space so they are longer in the door to balcony length. The regular rooms can be with views of the Boardwalk or of gardens with a view of Epcot fireworks. We requested a room with a fireworks view since I preferred not to be over the Boardwalk since we had 2 little kids and I was worried about noise/hustle and bustle outside keeping them up. Here are pics from our room...

Sorry--can't post pictures, but I can post a glowing report about the deluxe concierge rooms! Gorgeous, spacious, and terrific boardwalk views. Loved having the extra room---the "sitting room" with the extra couch and TV were wonderful. We fell in love with the place (and the fantastic food in the concierge lounge), and plan on staying there again next trip.

Like the above poster I cannot post pictures but also give the BWI CL a glowing review.:cool1: We stay CL 3x a year and are heading back in January. While there are only 2 of us we have seen Deluxe room which is great for bigger parties. The view of the BWI cannot be beat. We love sitting on the balcony overlooking all the nightly entertainment. The CM's are the best. They always go out of their way to make your trip special. They have become like family to us and vice versa. I just recently came back with sfbank for a girls weekend and we spent a good deal of time with the CM. The food offerings are pretty great as well. Some people will complain that the dishes are not filled up quickly but when you have huge parties using the food offerings as their main meal, it is hard for them to keep up. We love watching the fireworks with a glass of wine from the balcony. This comes in handy when the weather does not cooperate.:lovestruc

Another praise for the BWI Club Level. As Nascargirl said we just came back from a quick girls trip and had a blast with the cast members. They are just like a big family to us. DH, DD, and I love hanging out with them when we are there and they make our trip that much more fun. The new rooms are nicely decorated and fresh. We usually stay in a deluxe room for the extra room, the extra tv and the guaranteed Boardwalk View. DD now brings a friend so the extra room is nice. We love sitting on the balcony at night and taking in the sights and sounds too. You can't go wrong. You will love the Club Level. The food offerings are more than plenty and I think are stocked fine. Like Nascargirl said you will see complaints that things are not filled quickly enough but I sat in the lounge some this last trip and figured out why sometimes they can't keep up. One guy after eating in the lounge proceeded to put two cans of pop in his pockets, piled three plates of food on top of each other, got two bottles of beer between two fingers, then in the other hand had two glasses of some drink between his other fingers and walked out the door. Hopefully he was sharing!!:rotfl2:

Thank you all for the posts, reviews and pictures! I really appreciate it. I am REALLY excited to go on vacation now!

Do keep in mind that the pictures posted in this thread so far are of the rooms before the recent rehab, so the decor/color scheme is different.

Thanks! I will keep that in mind. Thank you again for posting your review in this thread.

But oh, so much nicer now :) We just returned and the rooms are lovely.

I could've written this post! We're staying in a deluxe room in 30 days! :cool1: We booked it mainly for the (rumored) guaranteed Boardwalk view. We had a BWV studio last December with a fantastic view and it was HEAVEN! Too bad we don't own there.......:sad2:

We are also excited about the extra space. We're bringing DS 3 and will be playing host to some friends one evening for the Big 12 championship football game so the extra room will be nice!

Love the pictures!

sounds so nice..............Im just being green with envy:thumbsup2  :lmao: :lmao: :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2  .......just me, being greeeeeeeeeeeeen........
(were stayin at Movies cuz were broke>>)

Anyone going and staying in a deluxe room can you please take photos and post them here when you return - I would love to see what they look like after they were redone. We plan on staying in a deluxe room in 2009

Does anyone have a list of what the nightly food offerings are in the concierge lounge for the BWI?

In case you all didn't see this ~ from the weekly allears newsletter ....

Finally, the splurge of splurges, staying Concierge at eight Disney Deluxe Resorts. The highest rated concierge club is the Boardwalk's Innkeeper's Club, which is recommended by all 100% of the reviewers with a 9.4 rating. The Boardwalk Rooms and Concierge Lounge were renovated earlier this year so everything has a fresh clean look. You love the Concierge Cast Members and many folks mentioned them by name. You also love the location of the resort, the food offerings in the club and the beautiful landscaping.

 Post like this make me want to change my reservations! I really have to stop looking at this stuff.
