I just had a couple of questions about the grand villa at Boardwalk.
1 - What does Boardwalk/ preferred view means? :confused3

2 - are all the grand villas are boardwalk view? or do they also have other views?

3 - is there also a two floor plan for Boardwalk grand villa? if so, how come they don't show it on the DVC member website?

Thanks for all your help. Going down fot the food and wine festival and everyone are very excited.:thumbsup2

BWV has two view categories - standard and preferred. Standard views are on the back side of the resort although some have an Illuminations view. Preferred views will have a garden, water or Boardwalk view. Boardwalk view is a guaranteed category (same points as other Preferred view villas though).

Yes, all BWV GVs are Boardwalk View.

Yes, there are 2 floor GVs at BWV (actually I think most are 2 floors). The single story GVs are unique to BWV which is likely why that is the floor plan shown. You might look at the floor plans for GVs at other DVC resorts for an idea of the BWV 2 story GVs. OKW, HH, SSR, AKV and BLT all have 2 story GVs.

Have a great trip! :)

We've had a BWV GV only once, the one story model, and would recommend it just because after a long day in the parks who wants to be climbing up/down stairs.
