Hello!
Just wondering if anyone has ever been able to check into BWV before 4? :earsboy:

yes all the time. I generally check in at 7:00am. but someone say that you could know check in at 6:30am.

We have not been able to check in before 4, in fact, it is more like 5. I have questioned the front desk about the room being ready at 4 and I always get an answer like, "Well, 4 is the earliest you can get to your room". MS says that is not the case, but we usually check in on a Saturday and MS is closed.

I've been able to check in fairly early in the afternoon, and I've had to wait until after 4:00pm. I think it depends on the day of the week and how many check outs they've had, and how booked they are. Obviously if you arrive during a really off week and the room is available, they won't make you wait.

Patty I generally get a room at 7am - now sometimes the room wasn't ready until 4pm.

but you can definitely check in and go to the parks, shopping, swimming, whatever.

if you room is not ready the front desk should give you a card with a phone number. You can call this number from anywhere on WDW property and find out when and if your room is ready.

it is a pretty nice system. You don't need to return to the front desk when you come back from the parks or whereever - just call.

I generally call at the parks or from the pool and if the room isn't ready just go find something else to do.

We checked into BWV at 8:30 am last trip. The room was even ready - actually both of them were.

Last year we checked in around 8:30am on a Sunday. The studio was ready but the 2 bedroom wasn't available until 4:30.

We checked in at 1pm on June 5 and the room was ready. Very nice surprise after the long drive.

When I stayed at the BWV in May, I checked in around 8:00 a.m., and called to find out my room was ready at about 2:00.

We had a great trip there for April Vacation. We arrived at 11am and room was ready. Thank goodness, I was traveling with my sis-in-law and her twin 1 year olds :bitelip:

Last Sept we had no problem checking in to BWV around noon.

When we went this past April, we didn't get in until after 4:00. Guess it's all "supply and demand".

We went last month and we were able to check in and go to our room when we arrived at 11:30 AM. In fact they gave us a choice of 2 rooms and both were ready.

Checking in and getting your room are 2 different things!! When a hotel says check in time is 4 o'clock that means they are promising your room will be ready at that time, you can get your room before that if it ready.

Right check in and gtting a room are different.

You can always check in get resort ID and check bags and get on with the vacation. You can call to see if the room is ready form the parks.

We have been able to get into a room as early as 7:30am and have had to wait past 4:00pm. That part is luck of the draw. We assume it will be 4:00, check the bags and hit he parks or the pool and are happy with anything earlier.

We are at BWV right now. Checked in Saturday the 18th at 11:30 and the room was ready!

We've stayed at BWV three times and all three times we had to wait until after 4PM for our rooms, usually it was closed to 4:30 when we got them. But we always check in as soon as we get their and get our room keys etc and then off to somewhere else.

We checked in and were in our room by 1:30 on June 4th. I don't think we've ever had to wait past 4PM in previous years, and many times were in before 4. Of course our only request is non-smoking, so that may have something to do with it.
