Boardwalk Bakery menu - only 2 sandwiches?

I agree that there aren't a lot of options for quick service, but I still love it. We do Garden Grocer to have some quick foods in the room. We grabbed a sandwich at the bakery but I wasn't a fan. We also did tried the quick food kiosk on the boardwalk for chicken fingers and fries that were really good. The new additions at the pizza window look good. We prefer to walk over to Epcot for quick service, but this isn't as convenient for everyone.

The Leaping Libations (food by the pool) had terrible options too. We spent a lot of time by the pool and I was disappointed that we couldn't order a decent meal from there. Our last trip was at the Beach Club and the pool bar / restaurant was far superior.

We were disappointed by the Leaping Libations food too. Lots of other resort have such good pool side food options (e.g., WL, Poly). I was thinking maybe we’ll get lunch to go at Dolphin for our next BWV pool day.

I'm still looking forward to booking our first stay there - we are going to book a boardwalk view!!! The breakfast sandwiches at the bakery look delicious and as long as I can get a croissant and a cup of coffee, I'm gold.

With Epcot so close and having hoppers, we will be okay.

The breakfast sandwiches and platters are very good at the bakery and it is a great place to use your snack credits for breakfast on pastry and bagels, etc. The lack of quick service options is a really minor short-coming for the resort. The Boardwalk Inn is an absolutely lovely resort to enjoy on a Disney vacation. Many more positives than negatives for the resort. Enjoy the showplace on the shore and your vacation.

We love staying at the Boardwalk, but my one complaint is the lack of good quick service meals for lunch and dinner. I like the Boardwalk Bakery for breakfast, but for other quick service type of meals we go over the the Dolphin or Yacht and Beach club or pop over to Epcot.
