We are looking at staying at the Swan over by the Boardwalk end of May. What does that look like nowadays? Are there plenty of places to eat still or closed?

I'd say there are quite a few options. In the Swan and Dolphin I believe almost all restaurants are open but some have "odd" schedules, such as "closed Thurs and Fri." The Swan and Dolphin have their own app and the up-to-date hours are listed for each of their restaurants. Il Mulino, Kimono's and their pool bar are also doing mobile order (again through their app). On the Boardwalk, Boardwalk Bakery is open, Trattoria al Forno, and Big River Grille. The latter may only be showing in Open Table right now. Over at Yacht & Beach, both of their markets are open with prepackaged sandwiches, salads, etc. as well as some limited hot meals (can use mobile ordering), Beaches & Cream is open (but can be tough to get a reservation), Martha's Vineyard Lounge (walk-ups only) is open in the evening and serves the burger and a chicken sandwich from Beaches & Cream, Ale and Compass is open (restaurant and lounge) - and also is doing mobile ordering and sometimes takes walk-ups (through the Disney app). Also, the Skyliner is a relatively easy way to get to Riviera Resort where there is some great dining -- you just have to be mindful of the skyliner hours of operation.
