Board moves slowly

I wasnt sure if this was just me or if it happens to others but after i click a link to look at a thread or post a thread, etc, it takes a while for the board to react. Is the server just slow for this site?. It's happened since i joined last spring as well so I am thinking the servers that the boards are on are overloaded. Sometimes I cant even get the app to load on my ipad

Disboards has not only been slow lately but it is constantly reloading. What is gong on? Other sites are working fine on my iPad.
