Board Effectiveness

Citigroup was rated the worst Corporate Board of Directors, but Disney was #10 on the list. Adding that to Michael's ranking in Worst CEOs and it's no wonder why the stock prices are so low. (Like we really needed another reason)

When referring to the Disney board, "Board Effectiveness" is an oxymoron.
