bluezoo tasting menu?

Has anyone here done the Chef's Tasting Menu at bluezoo?

I'd love to hear any comments on it.

My husband had it last month and was very pleased with it. The food here is always excellent.

We did it in May. Our waiter told us that the menu changes daily, so what we had won't help you. Everything was excellent. We also ate at Flying Fish and Citrico's, and we like BZ the best. Get the wine pairings.

Our menu:

Day boat scallop, celery root puree, hammock hollows squash, yellow romano bean

Tuna tartare, miso caviar, scallion cream, cucumber

Alaskan halibut, silky potatoes, poached hearts of palm, tapenade, warm crab dijon

Wagyu strip, french round carrots, spring onion, hammock hollows potatoes

Cheese course

Dessert

Sounds good! BZ is our favorite & we eat there at least once a trip since it opened. I thought it'd be nice to try the tasting menu this coming trip. DH might not like it, tho, he's limited on which fin fish he'll eat.

Pakey, I assume that one person in the party can do the tasting menu even if the others opt not to?
