I was wondering if anyone has bluetoothed pics to strangers before. DD14 has been having a blast doing this. I have to admit that I was having fun watching her. She isn't sending anything really bad, although it looks like it at first glance. (boy, are the moral police going to skin me alive now) You have the option of whether or not to accept it, so it's not like anyone is being forced to see a pic that they don't want to see. It's pretty funny to watch the puzzled look on the persons face when they accept it though.

Now, what I'm wanting to do is play a Disney version of this when we go back to WDW. I want to take a cool pic of something while we are there and send it to random people that we are able to connect to. So, if you received something like this, would you enjoy it or get peeved? Would you play along maybe and send it on to someone else? I think it could be a fun game. Thoughts?

I'd get peeved. Getting random texts/pictures from strangers is annoying, and my first thought is never, "Oh, what a fun game!" I would think it was a mistake, not a game, since I wouldn't have signed up for it and wouldn't want it. Not unlike receiving phone calls from telemarketers. Just more expensive.

That's understandable. Does it cost anything when you get a picture that is blue toothed? If so, I wasn't aware that it did. Like I said, you have to accept it to see it and you have to have your blue tooth turned on. If it's going to cost anyone, I won't let her do it anymore though. I still think that it would be a fun to do. I would think it's fun to get one myself. I wouldn't want to be bombarded with a bunch of junk, but a Disney pic would be fun.

Junk is in the eye of the beholder, though. You might think it was fun to get a Disney pic, someone else wouldn't.

I don't like receiving chain emails or any other unsolicited contact from total strangers, so I don't suppose I'd like pictures, either.

It doesn't cost anything to receive a bluetooth message. It goes through the bluetooth, not the cellphone provider.

Thank you Carl, that is what I was thinking, but wasn't sure if there was a charge.

If someone is in WDW, I would think that a Disney pic wouldn't upset them too terribly much, I could be wrong though. I kind of thought of it like the little snowballs and such that some of us have gotten from here. I got "blessed" by someone that I didn't know and thought it was cool. Again, I know that some people are sensitive to certain things, that's why I'm trying to get an idea of the pros and cons.

Hey! maybe I should make this a poll!!! I've never done one. :)
