Blue Zoo?

Has anyone eaten solo at Blue Zoo.

I've eaten there a few times time (with partner/friends) and love it, it's one of my favourites, so I'm seriously considering adding it to my ADR list.

I know the Dolphin is a convention hotel so I'm thinking there must be a few solo conventioner diners?

First time dining solo at Disney and a little 'nervous' but determined to do it as I want to return to my favourite Disney restaurants

I have eaten at the blue zoo while going solo and did not feel in the least bit awkward. The sushi-grade tuna was awesome! The only "problem" I once had was a nearby couple being all over each other -- I so wanted to say "Get a room!" but I was a good boy, instead. My point is that this is a rather "adult" restaurant.

I ate solo there. And was perfectly comfortable being alone, BUT it was the coldest restaurant I have ever been in. Icy. I don't enjoy eating when I am that cold - even with a sweater. The other problem with it solo is that all of the food is so wonderful, so terrific, that you want to try so many different things and you don't have other's dishes to sample there alone. Sad... But it is a beautiful place with great food and others who are solo too. Enjoy - bring a parka!
