Blue Zoo

In reading other posts I have noticed a few people mention the Blue Zoo? What is this? What can you tell me about it?

BlueZoo is a restaurant in the Dolphin. It was founded by the chef Todd English. DH and I went there and loved it! An adult atmosphere and absolutely delicious food!

Nice place, somewhat upscale seafood. I don't believe it's on any of the Disney meal plans.
