I was thinking of making a 5pm adr with hopes of seeing a 7:30 showing of Fantasmic. Having never eaten here before, I'm not sure how long the meal typically takes? Am I cutting it too close?

A lot depends on what you order--apps, drinks dessert etc?

Our meals there take and hour and a half to 2 hours--but we order one thing at a time.

You could probably rush through just an entrée and be done in an hour.

Most likely an appetizer and entree for each of us. No alcohol. It's just my husband and I.

Maybe I should be planning this for *after* Fantasmic....then again, I wouldn't know what would be a "safe" time to make that adr either...lol

I'm not familiar with Fantasmic in terms of how early you need to arrive prior to the show, but assuming you have a fastpass (maybe even if you don't) I think you can do it. They will pace the meal how you want it. Just mention to the server you're looking to get in and out. We're usually there ~2 hours but that's with app, entree, dessert and lingering with drinks. Enjoy - it's delicious!!

With just an app and an entrée if you eat at 5 then most likely you'll be done by 6:30 with no problem--that would leave an hour to get to MGM and be seated at Fantasmic.
