I am an old Campus Rep (I took off last semester, but I'm returning this Fall) and I can't seem to remember when you receive your Blue Pass for the Fall. My family is trying to plan a trip in December and I need to know if I will get my Blue Pass in time. Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer this question!

Are you referring to your maingate? I can't answer this question for a Campus Rep (for some reason I didn't you were qualified for a maingate) but I know that for everyone else it is mailed to your home two weeks after you work your first shift of the year. Perhaps it's similar based on when you earn your points?

Yes, the main gate. Yep we are definitely qualified for a main gate! I have been a Campus Rep for several semesters and always received a pass. But my memory seems to have lapsed on when they actually come in the mail! I know it's at the beginning or end of certain semesters. But thanks for your thoughts!

Due to recent changes in the policies of The Walt Disney Company and Affiliated Companies with regards to the issuance of Main Entrance Passes, all Casual Temporary Cast Members and Employees, Campus Reps included, must now work a paid shift before receiving a Main Entrance Pass.

For WDWCP Campus Reps, this means they must now work a paid shift at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida in order to be eligible for a Main Entrance Pass. Once a paid shift has been worked, the Cast Member will receive their Main Entrance Pass in the mail within several weeks.

Campus Reps who do not work a paid shift (not including Campus Rep duties) will not receive a Main Entrance Pass.

For more information, please contact your Recruiter or Walt Disney World Resort College Recruiting.

are these good for the family or just the employee?

Main Entrance Passes may be used to admit the Cast Member/Employee and up to a certain number of Guests, based on the number of dependents the Cast Member/Employee has, to any Disney Theme Park worldwide.

Refer to the Main Entrance Pass for more details on the number of dependents that may be admitted.
