Blue pass and park hopping

Is blue pass by day or occurance?

My D19 is planning to be a CP in Spring 2014. My dad (her grandad) will turn 81 during her expected time there.

We would like to take him to MK in the day, rest and dinner at Epcot.
Will that be 1 entrance or 2?

Blue passes are park hoppers. So if you do MK in the morning and Epcot in the afternoon that counts as one pass. When you use the blue pass in the morning the attendant at the turnstile will give you an actual ticket like one you would buy from Vacation Planning.

The Blue Main Entrance Pass entitles a CP Cast Member to six "uses." Each use can be redeemed for up to three 1-day park hoppers. You can only redeem one use per day (also, if you only use 2 of the three, you cannot redeem the remaining one later that day).

Also, be sure to check the HUB for Block out dates as they vary by park.

That is correct. But some caveats:

-Can only be used once per day
-Subject to block-out dates
