We have tickets to Blue Man Group at 8pm on Monday, October 26th. How soon should we leave the parks, eat dinner (at a counter service place) and arrive at the show? Thanks!

We always leave two hours early - but I am one that is always early. On a Monday in later October, I would assume the crowds are not that bad, so unless you are determined to eat a specific place, I would say closer to 90 minutes. Again, I am early, but you want to be at BMG around 7:30, 7:40 at the latest. After a day of Express Passes, 7:15 makes for a long wait.

I would not do the parks at all that day.

Thank you. We left the parks at 5pm and road the shuttle back to our hotel, freshened up, grabbed a bite to eat at a counter service and left Cabana Bay at 6:30 on the shuttle bus to get to BMG. My family had a blast, we shall definitely go again next year. We had plenty of time to get there.:)

So is Blue Man Group worth doing? I have never seen it and im looking for new things to do at Universal

We feel it is a must see!!!! But, you better like or have an appreciation for percussion and loud music. An absolute blast!!!

Like anything else unknown, give it a try. If this helps, our first time we went in totally cold- we knew nothing about the show, didn't YouTube them beforehand - and we loved it. it does, as someone said, feature a lot of percussion and rock music (good stuff, not metal or anything like that) and the rest is . . . interesting.

i've done the show twice in orlando
first time booked seats in front center so i could see their expressions.
it was great being so close to them for that.

second time did same middle section but the row behind the poncho section.

still a good viewing from there.

i have seen two versions of the orlando bmg.

first time it ended with the toilet paper, second time a few changes and it ended with the huge balls.

I'm thinking of surprising my family with tickets to see this show. My husband has always wanted to see it, and I think the kids (11, 13, 16) will also enjoy it.

I'm thinking of getting tickets but wondering what is the best are to sit in that won't cost a fortune for 5 of us. Are the cheapest seats still okay?

I did the expensive seats uo front poncho section the first visit but was solo there

Second time did the row behind poncho section and it was very good also

My seats were second to the aisle that time middle section

Was able to see it all

The blue men do come out to the audience in some parts during the show so sitting back more, you don't miss a thing

If you can get seats near the aisle and middle section, it will be great views of the stage

Thanks for the response. I was looking at some of the middle section but yes close to the aisle towards the middle. I just haven't decided for sure on a date because our travel plans aren't 100% set in stone. We will be driving and I'm thinking if we leave earlier than planned, we can probably make it to Orlando in time for dinner and probably a show that first night.

There are some days of the week you you can buy tickets that day and still get great seats

Friday and Saturdays fill up faster
