If you do the Beach Lagoon excursion are you allowed to see the dolphins and sea lions ?

Yes, anyone can walk around and look at the animals. We did when we did the beach day excursion.

You might see them but you are not going to interact with them. It's not part of the excursion unless you pay an extra.

We've seen a dolphin when we were there. His space was so small... It was very sad to watch.
