On our annual pilgramige last year ,July we were dining in the Blue Laggon as we do every year , unfortunately the kitchen went into meltdown and after waiting about an hour for our starters the whole meal took about 3hrs. Explanation was that they were working on one range.We werent offered any complinentary drinks or a reduction in our bill. After complaining to customer services we have been furnished with 4 half board vouchers which is a very nice gestiure from dlp, only thing is i dont think we can use them in the Blue Lagoon?
