Blue Lagoon Beach Day Nassau, timing?

For Blue Lagoon Beach day, what time did you meet on the ship and what time did you get to Blue Lagoon? I understand you can choose which ferry to take back to the ship but I'm curious about the timing of the morning as far as meet-up time for the excursion and arrival time at the beach? Thank you.

We went from the Disney Magic to Blue Lagoon (primarily for the Segway tour, but then could just enjoy the rest of the area at our leisure) a couple of years ago. Our meeting time was 9:30 a.m. (ashore time for Nassau was listed as 9:30 as well). Seems like we walked immediately to the boat that took us over to Blue Lagoon and it was a 30-40 minute ride to the island.

When we did it in 2016, the time from meeting in the theater to walking onto the island was 1 hour 45 mins. Not sure if this is typical, but we had to do SO much waiting - on the ship, off the ship, at the ferry, etc. it almost turned us off from DCL port adventures for good.
