As an aside. I had fun embarrassing my son. When I would pick him up from school we would come out of the school and he would ask where is the car and I would break into song "to the left, to the left!" It did not take long for him to stop asking where the car was, but that did not stop me from singing. I too think I sound just like Beyonce!

Has anyone put in any requests for rooms? I know with a GG they try to put everyone close together.

I stayed in the Lady building overlooking the bowling pin pool last year. I liked that location. It was not preferred, but still close to everything. I am going to request the same room, or one near it. I don't know what that will do to the GG room placement. What do folks think about requesting that building for our group? You can see a resort map on www.allearsnet.com. Sorry, I don't know how to get this to link to the correct page over there. If you click accomodations then go to the Pop photos, the map is the first item listed.

Rebooked today using code ZQH, resulting in paying $14 more than my room-only rate, and now I have the dining plan and a 1 day ticket (already had tickets, so that wasn't an issue). Pretty good deal!

What is our grand gathering number? I didn't add that to the ressie - I know I have it somewhere but no idea where....

I was just there last weekend. In the Lady building, not the Tramp building but that's because my mother was with me I suppose.

oh, and remember, the more specific your request, the longer you'll probably have to wait for room access... pack so you can leave some things in the luggage room (or have ME bring your luggage) and go have fun.

I brought the map home. The Lady building is 50s A, Tramp is C. The jukebox building is B.

50s is the only decade with three buildings!

Maybe I should start a betting pool about which building they'll put me in on the 31st. We didn't make any requests.

Everybody loves the 50s but I like the 70s or 80s, closer to the DTD bus stop which is the one that really counts.
