Is anyone interested in going to Jellyrolls one night?

We didn't do that the last time.
I still want to do the AC after Earl's on Friday night, but I was thinking some other night we could have a dinner at one of the Boardwalk restaurants, either ESPN (that would be my choice) or Spoodles (I said I wouldn't go there, but I could try it I guess if that's what majority wants).

Then after dinner we could head over to Jellyrolls. I think I'd like to check it out. Everyone who's been seems to have only good things to say about it.

ETA: I just realized there is also a place called the Big River Grille and Brew Works there as well. I checked that menu and it seems like someplace I'd enjoy, although the reviews were mixed. They did have a large variety of foods to choose from. So that could be another option for dining at the Boardwalk.

We could even split up, with smaller groups going to each of the three places and then meeting at Jellyrolls.

I'd be interested in going to Jellyrolls, I like the idea of dueling pianos. If we split up for dinner I'm in for Spoodles . I've eaten before at Big River grille and Brew Works, I wasnt overly impressed with it. Very crowded dining area , food was so-so when we were there. Maybe someone else had a better meal there but I wouldn't go back.

That's what I'd heard too. So maybe we'll skip that place. But I'd be up for Spoodles and then heading to Jellyrolls.

I don't eat steak. Remember I am the picky one who doesn't eat steak, seafood, pork, lamb, veal, etc.
Chicken and turkey are about as much as I can handle when it comes to meat.

I've never eaten steak there either. Pretzel bread with cheese soup and a chicken sandwich are the only things I've ordered. I'd go again for the pretzel bread and cheese soup alone!

I know about the cheese soup, but I must have missed the chicken sandwich. Was that under the lunch menu?

Yes, I did eat there for lunch in August I think. Maybe the menu has changed... I'm not as organized as you. I just figure I'll find something when I get there but am sometimes disappointed. I should probably check it out.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I can't stand the smell of Spoodles. I stay at BWV frequently and hate the way Spoodles smells from the outside. Weird, I know.

I might be interested in Jellyrolls one night, I had wanted to do that on the last trip and never made it.

Jellyrolls allows smoking.

They don't have food, just popcorn. The popcorn has something spicy on it. I liked it a lot but plain popcorn fans might not.

Cover charge is $10 per person, and they're not owned by Disney so they don't take room key charges. If you're going there, bring some cash or a credit card. Plus cash to tip the piano players if you want them to play something.

They close at 2 by which time the buses have stopped running, so a cab back to your resort may be necessary if you want to close it out.

In the area there are some other TS restaurants, there is Beaches & Cream (tough to get in, they don't take ADRs) and the Yacht Club Galley, and Cape May at the Beach Club (buffet). There's a couple restaurants I didn't mention but they are 2 TS places. There are restaurants at the Swolphin where they don't take the dining plan at all.

I don't plan to go, I have my own hangout. No smoking in there and you don't have to tip the performers... although I did throw a dollar at Emil Bleehall once.

Great if you like burgers, but not worth a TS. OOP is fine. I went there in July and lucked out. I was solo and ate at the counter. I arrived in the window between the lunch crowd and the dinner crowd. great food and no wait!

I am still not sure about the DP. It is starting to sound like I should save my $$ for nightlife! I am worried that if I do a big dinner, a club would be too much for me. Earls and AC sound good, but doing Jellyrolls after a big meal at Spoodles or something doesn't sound good.
