Anyone know when reservations will open back up for Blue Bayou? Do we know a re-opening date for Blue Bayou or Pirates? Any rumblings?

Our trip is June 25-30 and I'm really hoping they MIGHT be open. Hopefully we hear some real news soon.

I was just looking at the calendar for our trip at the end of June and it says it's closed for refurbishment on June 23rd but if you flip to June 24th... Blue Bayou isn't on the list anymore. Foreshadowing? Fingers crossed!

Also interesting this AM in the APP if you try to book, on June 24th it is shaded differently. I am hoping news comes out soon!

Yeah, reservations show no availability, yet after June 24 it is listed as "closed"... odd. Maybe they are just really, really closed.

Even if Blue Bayou is open early that doesn't mean you're getting the same experience if Pirates is still closed for refurbishment. You might get the dreaded blue wall instead of the bayou.

That is true. No solid word on when pirates will reopen either.

The new trees are in, and the concrete just needs to be redone around them. I'm not sure what else beyond that needs to be done, but that seems like something that can be done in days, rather than weeks.

On the Disneyland app it now shows Pirates being down March14th-June 30th. Bummer since our first trip ever to DL is June 21-28.

Here's hoping it will re-open a bit earlier for you. The DL Pirates really is miles better than WDW's.

Twitter saying July 1st is the reopening date for POTC. It could happen earlier but I'd go into your trip assuming it will still be closed. Sucks because it's such a classic part of DLR and we'll not get it in 2 weeks.

The calendar only goes through June 30 right now, and it currently says "closed for refurbishment" for June 30. Tomorrow we'll see if it still says closed on July 1. Here's the link if you want to take a look.
