Blue Bayou Reservations?

I ate there for the first time jan 2011 and made dinner reservations for 6:30. We got there about 6:00 to check in and per the recommendations I received from these forums I asked for a waterside table. They said I would have to wait a little longer for that but I said that's fine. We got seated about 6:40 if I remember right so the wait wasn't bad. I enjoyed it and the food was good but the price will likely keep me from doing it again. It was a good once in a lifetime thing for me though.
