We were just in the park from this past Saturday until yesterday. While there, we ate at Blue Bayou and were lucky enough to have a waterside table.:thumbsup2 This also gave us a great view of the facade of the old building that is up over the entrance to the restaurant. We noticed one window (top most and in the center) that was strangely having a light turn on and off in a random fashion, none of the other windows were at all lit. When we asked the waitress about it, all she said was something to the effect of "Oh that happens sometimes" and then she kind of evaded talking about it further.:confused3

A while after dinner, we rode pirates and the window was still blinking and my husband caught brief sight of something a little disturbing in the window. Has anyone ever noticed this? I'm not mentioning specifically what the sight was because I'm curious if others report seeing the same thing.

Anyway, it doesn't fail to amaze me that there's always someting new to notice at Disneyland that we've never noticed before, despite how many times we've been there!;)

Oh, that's mean! You can't NOT say what you saw!!! C'mon, tell us....

Um...no. Tell us.

I mean...

Of course I've seen it. But just to clarify it's the same thing, wouldn't you mind specifying what it is?

Do not leave us hanging, that's just cruel.

I'll be sure to look when we're there in a couple of weeks

Nope, never seen it....but we have seen CM's walking behind the bayou so perhaps there is a break room there. What did you see???? Tell us please!!!!!

Club 33 is directly above Pirates? I thought it was off to the other side.....like in the courtyard area I though Club 33 was to the right and Pirates is to the left......the ceilings in there are awfully high, is Club 33 that high up there?

It's above Blue Bayou and Pirates, and the shop across the street...the facade in Blue Bayou...upstairs inside that is Club 33

When I was having dinner at BB last week it dawned on me looking at the plantation house facade inside, there were waiters going in and out of the 2nd floor doors and if I understand the layout of 33 correct (From pictures only of course), that could be where the 33 dining room is located. It would make sense to be physically connected to BB since that way you wouldn't have to double up certain restaurant nessesities. You could almost say then that 33 is more of a private extension of the BB.

I believe there is a connection to the two kitchens, or the Club 33 kitchen connects to BB.

Since Club 33's door is right next to the waiting room for BB, and you go upstairs for Club 33 it does make club 33 sit over part of BB.

either way how lame to come here and not say what you saw. I would guess it's just people walking by as I have seen it myself. I will look more specifically in 2 weeks but honestly am not sure what the big deal is.

Right, but that is exactly not where I'm talking about. We have seen people walking thru the BACK of the Bayou and out a door behind where the old man sits and rocks on his porch......totally different places.

OK, sorry! - I wasn't trying to be mean, cruel, or lame. :) I guess I didn't think I would get this sort of reaction. Sorry! :rolleyes1 I'll explain...When we went on the ride, we were looking to see if the one window's light was still blinking on and off (keep in mind that both other third floor windows on either side were completely dark.Everything on the second level looked normal.) The third floor middle light was blinking still and then all of the sudden DH jumped and asked did you see that? (three of us had turned away by that point) From what he saw, it appeared to be a head moving by in that one window. Head, no apparent body attached. My DH is very intelligent and not prone to necessarily believing in "ghost sightings." He was very sure of what he had seen though. I didn't mention what he saw in my first post because it sounds weird, freaky and somewhat embarrassing to me for whatever reason. That's the main reason I didn't mention it. Sorry if I angered or overexcited some of you!

Anyway, what makes it interesting is that when we went on the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour earlier the same day, the guide mentioned something about the park being fairly haunted but said she wouldn't give details. My DH didn't hear that part and we didn't mention it to him until later that night after we were done in the park for the day. So, it's not like he had the idea of ghosts or hauntings in the back of his mind.

Dismiss it all if you think it's crazy, I don't mind. I was just curious if perhaps someone else has ever had a similar experience or more specific info...

Thanks. :)
