Blue Bayou Mystical Spirits Dinner

I have tickets for Mickey's Halloween Party for Sept 30th, but could not get a table for the Mystical Spirits of the Blue Bayou dinner that night for my wife and myself. Strangely enough, it looks like there are tables available for larger parties, but not for twos. Is there any point to going to the restaurant close to dinner time and asking for availabilities, or should I chalk it up as a lost cause? Any answers are appreciated.

Since this is a special dinner package, not just dinner as usual, I wouldn't expect BB to take walk ups. On the other hand, have you called to ask about a table for 2? It couldn't hurt.
