Blue Bayou Fantasmic Dining Package issues

Today started my 60 days until my Disneyland trip. I had some issues when I went in August booking as well but worked around them. Now not so much. So in two days I have to book my Fantasmic package for dinner at Blue Bayou. I did a test run today. Logged in at 7:58AM CST. Around 8:00 and 15 seconds Dec 8th showed up. Clicked into it and what? No Blue Bayou and when I clicked on the Fantasmic Package, other two restaurants were there but no Blue Bayou. Tried what I did for my august trip and change it to more people and then back again as that seemed to fix some oddities that time. No joy. Tried on the phone app, no joy. I then changed it on the website to 3 people and left it there. Blue Bayou showed up. Huh? And then it showed in the Fantasmic Package but only lunch seating for the first and second seating of Fantasmic. No dinner options like the other two restaurants. So in two days I have to book this thing, any idea what I can do or what's happening? I tried calling disney and got a headache waiting with the hold music and then when I guess someone answered just got dead air.

They are restricting a lot of dinning to parties of 3 or more. Book for 3 and when you check in let them know that is just two or one. As of now there is no penalty for less people showing up than what you reserved. Unfortunately, I do think this will change in the future.

I also did a test run this morning when I randomly woke up at 5:59am for the premium. I have a party of 5 and this was what was there at 6:01. I noticed BB lunch is first and BB dinner is farther down the list but it’s there. Start with booking for 3 from the very beginning.

When I went to BB in September, I had a regular lunch reservation and was offered the Fantasmic package by my server once we sat down.

Same when we went to BB a week and a half ago on a regular BB lunch reservation (not the package). They offered us the regular menu and the Fantasmic package menu and said both shows were available with the package (but it sounded like they could run out of one or the other, so if you just book a regular BB and hope for the package to be offered, I would book an early lunch reservation to have a better chance at them not running out of both shows).
