blt tour & new service

Just back from a week's stay at our home resort SSR. We took the BLT tour and were blown away by the decor and room layout. Loved it and wish we could do an add on, but not the right time for us. Congratulations to all you lucky BLT owners!

Anyway, our tour guide told us they were going to start offerng storage service, like Owner's Locker, when BLT opens. Don't know details like cost and size of storage, or even if true as I know CM's sometimes get things wrong. But, passing on what we were told for what it's worth.

Interesting.......that they might offer something. I am sure they figured out that lots of DVC people use the Owners Lockers and want to make that money too. I kind of hope for the Owners of Owner's Lockers....this is not true. I would hate for that to take business away from them.

I am going to ask about this in 2 weeks when we go. I really wonder if it will be like the Owner's Lockers. Has anyone else heard of this possible service?

All I have to say is that DVC would have to do A LOT of hoop jumping to get me to bail out on OL.

I dunno...I love Disney and have great service there, but after more than a dozen trips since I got married, they can't even retain my husband's name in their system from one trip to the next. Who knows what they'd do with my locker.

We are not even OL members and I have my doubts about DVC doing something similiar. I have heard nothing but great things/service about OL.

I agree. I can't imagine Disney doing this any better than OL; they may match the service, but OL has been outstanding for us.

Nothing wrong with a "LITTLE, healthy competition!" People should have options....
