BLT TOTW Blackout Dates

I think that there are certain dates that only BLT owners can visit TOTW. If you’re a BLT owner, and aren’t staying at BLT during the blackout dates (July 4 and New Year’s Eve), can you still go to TOTW on those dates? Or is TOTW only available to BLT owners that are staying there during that time?

Only if you are staying at BLT and I think you need to be on points also. Just being an owner doesn't get you up on the black out dates.
