BLT Top of the World

I have a few questions about the Top of the World Lounge. Being that it says Lounge are kids allowed or is it 21 and older? I thought I had seen somewhere that you needed a reservation; can anyone verify this? If not any guesses on how early you need to get there to see the fireworks before it fills up? Thanks.

We did not have any problem going there with our kids, but then we decided to go outside to watch the fireworks. Never looked to see if the lounge itself filled up or not.

Kids are allowed up to the observation deck and lounge. It is open from 5:00 pm on (I believe until 11:00 pm).

You do not need reservations. You simply go down to the check in desk at the first floor and show them your KTTW card that states you are a DVC member. They will escort you up.

I did read a post where someone was asked for their membership card as well. We were not when we were there in August but I think the next time we are, I will probably have it on me just in case.

We were able to go up around 9:45 pm for 10:00 pm fireworks.
