DID everyone notice that the master shower in the BLT villas have a shower head AND a "rain" shower head.........

How cool and refreshing......I have always wanted to try one of those......

MMMMMM...it will be like standing in a spring rain storm that smells like rotten eggs.....:umbrella:

well, my hope is that they will install water filters to help with that sulfer smell.....Does anyone know if they are doing anything about the water for the new resort?

Sulfer smell? I have stayed at many Disney Resorts and never noticed a sulfer smell (and I have a very sensitive nose). Which resort did you stay at that had this problem?

Yes, the water in Central Florida has a high concentration of Sulfur in it.

Its gotten a lot better over the years. I've also noticed from the boards that whether or not you notice the Florida "swamp" water has a lot to do with your geographic location.

I have a rainshower head and it is nice, but not nice enough to make up for the smaller shower at BLT that opens right up into the toilet.

We have well water and frequently experience sulfer smell, so almost any other source of water smells better than ours. That said, I really do not like the taste of Disney/DVC water. Has a strong sodium taste to it to me.

My only concern with the dual head showers is water pressure... in most hotels the pressure is low enough without having 2 heads... guess we'll see.

It's usually not low water pressure. The low water flow in shower heads is due to reducers (watersavers) built into the heads. We used to bring our own shower head and wrench on vacations so that we could enjoy a 'normal' shower. I would imagine that a 'Rain' head would have a larger flow rate or be designed so that it does not feel skimpy at normal water pressures.

I've never noticed it either...hmm...:confused3

I've never noticed the smell, but definitely a taste. Even in the fountain drinks, BLECH! It seems some of the nicer TS restaurants had better filters. As for water pressure mine at home is so bad we actually enjoyed the improvement, LOL.
