BLT shower Head brans in master bath

Anyone know the brand of the shower head in the master bath? I would to get that for my home

I must confess that when we remodeled our master bathroom we designed the shower to look like the one at BLT. We also have the square shower head and the one that comes out of the ceiling. I believe they are Kohler but I don’t know the model numbers. We just went to a bath show room and described what we were looking for and they found it in a book.
