BLT Purchase HELP - WHO do I call??

Hi, I am looking to purchase BLT and called my guide a few weeks ago. Well she did call me back ,but my DH took the call and said she would call again. So last night when we were talking about purchasing and I told him the incentives MAY be going away he tells me that our guide mentioned she was going to be going to Hawaii to sell DVC!! Could she have MOVED already?? I have not heard from her again even though she knows we are intereseted in buying. We are already DVC members and have added on twice with her. Should I just call MS and tell them I am interested in buying?? Or do I try her again.(I feel like I may be bothering her ) Any HELP is appreciated!! Joan

I would call a sale manager at DVC and explain the situation. Once they know that you are ready to buy more points they will get back in touch with you I am sure.

Your Guide is your only link in this situation so definitely do call MS and either get yourself a new Guide or find out how to contact your existing Guide. Given that a Guide is getting a commission on your purchase, she should be jumping through hoops to accommodate you, and you certainly shouldn't feel as if you are bothering her. Given that the incentives for BLT are rumored to end June 15th, you are under a time crunch to get your contract issued and signed, and your Guide should absolutely facilitate that process for you! Your Guide works for you, don't feel like you are a bother. If your Guide isn't doing her job, fire her and get a new one. Yes they sometimes get busy but that's no excuse, she should return your calls.

+1 on disnutz...please don't stress over this. Remember that they work for you. If you were at WDW and walked into the sales office waving your money around, about 8 guides would be diving on top of you to get the sale.
