The Bay Lake Tower incentives are listed on the DVC Members Savings page at https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/member-savings/ I don't remember this info being here before. (I knew about the incentives, just never remember seeing them posted)

This was posted when they went on sale and there was a big thread regarding them. It is just now buried because the VGF thread became very active once it was announced that sales would start March 3rd.
