BLT Grand Villa occupancy Max?

There is a situation that my SIL just found out about... Her brothers family is coming in early.

They have the grand villa at BLT and BWV booked.

They will have 8 adults, 5 kids btwn 3-9, and 2 toddlers.

If you don't count the under 3 toddlers, they are at 13.

Would the two toddlers count towards the capacity max?!?!. They are in a bind. It's food n wine plus jersey week time....... My poor SIL!!

3-Bedroom Grand Villa

• Sleeps up to 12
• 1 king-size bed, 4 queen-size beds, 1 queen-size sleeper sofa & 1 double-size sleeper sofa
• Full kitchen
• Washer/dryer
• 4 full bathrooms, including master with whirlpool tub
• Views include: Bay Lake View and Theme Park View, based on availability

......so would think they'd be over occupancy by 1 (I assume 2 under 3 is allowed if only 1 under 3 allowed then over by 2)

So you want to put 15 in a GV? You are way over the limit.

I'm under the impression that the first toddler doesn't count, but the second one does. You're at least two over capacity.

The easiest way to see what MS will allow / register in the room is to try to book something online. When I tried to enter your party for a BLT GV, the system would not allow it. The most it would allow is 13 and one of those had to be an infant.

Sorry, your SIL will have to figure something else out to accommodate the family arriving earlier than expected.
