That's exactly what I did. I bought 200 points as four 50-point contracts.

That's because the minimum number of points for a master contract is larger than that for an add-on; a Master Contract is what defines the UY.

The only way to end up with a Master Contract that is < the minimum is picking it up a small Resale for that UY. It would create a separate master contract for you, but then I believe there are difficulties access points from separate different UY's under the same account to make a single reservation.

At least that's how the administration folks explained it to me.

That's exactly right. You have to have a UY master contract with the minimum buy in before you can start adding smaller add-ons to that UY.

So wait!!! Your first buy in can't be lets say 2 - 100 point contracts??? That is the more than the minimum required points, just split into 2 contracts.

I believe the minimum buy in (Master Contract) is now 100 pts, so yes, you could do 2x100 or 1x100 and 2x50 for 200 total.

I think the master contract can be a previous contract as long as the UY is the same. At least that's what appears to be the case for us. Our first BCV contract is the master and all others are additions to it...or whatever the correct term is.
